Community Service Announcement - a run on 4 star goodness

There are a couple of movies out at the moment that I saw last year, at film festivals or preview screenings, like The Hurt Locker (3 and a half stars - my old review here) and The Road (3 and a half stars - review).  Both of which are really tough but really good.

Also, everyone’s favorite independent cinema, the Nova (well, it’s mine anyway) is running encore screenings of A Serious Man (4 stars - review) and An Education (4 stars - review).  If you live in Melbourne and missed ‘em the first time around, don’t be made a fool of twice!
